Heliport
Zermatt
Valais
A village without ordinary cars, below the Matterhorn, with its own heliport.

Private helicopters · Swiss Alps
Geneva, the Valais, Gstaad and the Engadin, arranged privately.
Accrocar arranges private helicopter flights in the Swiss Alps through licensed operators: from Geneva or Sion to Zermatt, Verbier, Gstaad and the Engadin, and onward connections for private jet arrivals. Each resort is served differently, by a heliport, an airfield or a landing site the operator confirms, so every request is checked against the exact place, the date and the weather before a proposal is sent.

Flying in Switzerland
Landing rules, customs and the weather. These are the questions the operator answers before you receive a proposal.
Authorised landing sites
Helicopters land at airports, heliports and other sites permitted by the federal authorities. Mountain landing sites are designated, few and regulated.
Each resort is different
A heliport in Zermatt, an airfield at Saanen and Samedan, a confirmed landing point elsewhere. The operator checks the exact place.
Crossing a border
Flights to or from France or Italy follow customs rules on both sides; the operator handles the formalities and the choice of airfield.
Weather
Helicopters fly by sight in the mountains: low cloud, wind or snowfall can delay or cancel a flight, sometimes on the day.
Skis and luggage
Weight and space are limited. Soft bags travel best; bulky luggage may follow by road or rail.
The helicopter
The operator confirms the aircraft available for your date, your passengers and your luggage.
No landing is promised before the operator confirms it in writing.
Our role
Accrocar acts as a concierge and charter arranger. Flights are operated by appropriately licensed third-party air carriers. Aircraft, routes, permits, pricing and availability are subject to operator confirmation.
Questions
Yes, on request, subject to the operator and the weather. Zermatt has a heliport, and operators publish this route at about 45 to 55 minutes; the timing is confirmed in the proposal.
Operators publish transfers to Le Châble, in the valley below Verbier, from Geneva and Zermatt. The last part of the journey is by road.
Yes, on request. Gstaad is served by the Saanen airfield and St. Moritz by the Engadin airport at Samedan; both need the operator’s confirmation for your flight.
Yes, subject to the operator. The flight crosses a customs border, so the operator gives prior notice and checks that the landing site accepts it.
It depends on the route, the helicopter and the weather on the day. The operator states the timing in the proposal.
Safety decides: the operator can delay or cancel a flight. Plan the road or rail alternative with us in advance.
