A conventional airport counter often sells a closed loop: collect and return at the same desk. Accrocar works the other way. The car is prepared in Marrakech, delivered by appointment, and collected where your itinerary actually ends — if that plan is agreed in writing. We do not treat Marrakech–Casablanca as a button on a website. Each one-way is a logistics file: two addresses, two clocks, one vehicle, and a collection plan so the car does not sit unattended.

The same logic applies if you reverse the journey (Casablanca then Marrakech) or if Casablanca is only the last morning after several days in the Red City. What matters is that pickup city, return city and dates are known before we confirm availability.

How delivery and return are organised

VIP handover is by appointment at a hotel, riad, villa or airport. Collection at the far end is planned the same way. Typical Marrakech–Casablanca files look like this:

• You send both cities, full addresses, dates and times, the model you want, and chauffeur or self-drive.

Many guests take a chauffeur for the Marrakech–Casablanca motorway: luggage handled, no parking at the terminal, no navigation after a long stay. Self-drive remains possible when the driver profile and documents are confirmed. You can mix both — chauffeur in the city, self-drive on the last day, or the reverse — if that mix is written into the booking. For chauffeur hire, passengers are not driving; those terms are confirmed in writing.

A one-way file is only as clean as the first message. Include:

• Pickup city and full address (hotel, riad, villa or airport).
• Return city and full address — Casablanca hotel, residence or airport.
• Dates, and local times for handover and collection.
• Flight numbers if either end is an airport.

Passport and driving licence for the main driver are typically required; the exact list is confirmed before booking.
